15 Days New {Morrisville, NC Newborn Photographer}

How often is a session blogged before it’s even been a week?  Not often, but I couldn’t resist sharing this storyboard with you.

When mom emailed me as her newborn was approaching two weeks old, I was SO grateful I had just had a spot open up and could fit her in!  I was even excited when she shared that her room was grey with purple paisley crib bedding… so classic and pretty- and I had some super cute props we could coordinate with.  I took a chance on the teal and low and behold, the paisley bedding had teal accents!  I love how this color-themed newborn session came out so much that I had to create a collage to put all the pieces together… what do you think?

And I have to share a few more favorite captures including a full on belly laugh and some amazing eye contact from a 15 day old!

The reason this spot opened up?  My next babies had a bit longer stay in the hospital, that’s right, I said BABIES!  Twins coming up this weekend, stay tuned… 🙂
