Rustic {Cary Family Photographer}

Trying to think of words to describe this session… rustic and warm.  I love this barn and the light was gorgeous.  This was actually a property I drove by and happened to catch the owners as they were pulling in their driveway.  First time I ever dared to ask a private property owner permission to use their land, but I promise you it won’t be my last.  I’ve learned that I definitely favor unique and rustic locations versus the everyday park or garden (although I love those too!)  I always have my eyes open now as I drive around scouting out the perfect spot for my next session.  This family belongs to a friend of mine who has resisted being in front of the camera for a while but I am SO glad she finally gave in!!  She is one gorgeous mama and has three handsome men to boot!

(oh, and yes indeed, there was a snake just inside that broken window!)
