Ironically, when I took these I didn’t consider myself a Fuquay-Varina Family Photographer. I lived in Morrisville, central to all of the Triangle, and hauling myself out to Fuquay Varina seemed like quite the trek! When my dear friend Rebecca commissioned me to photograph her beautiful family though, I was super excited to head that way because of the beautiful countryside the area offers. Funny now that I live here, this gem of a location is right down the road from me! I love “country living” yet still being 20 minutes from the center of Raleigh. The small town feel and friendliness of everyone you meet continues to make me so happy we moved to North Carolina.
If anyone knows what the yellow plant is growing in this field, please comment and let me know! This was taken in October, and of course fields look different depending on the season but we caught this one at just the right time! And the coincidence of the yellow wardrobe for the boys worked out really well too. The old tobacco barn was a major attraction for my friend and their big canvas of the image with it behind them goes beautifully in their home adorned with rustic decor. Seriously, their home reminds me of the entire Rusty Bucket store in downtown Apex. LOVE!!
