Oh, how happy I am that my neighbor asked me to have her own mini-session in the backyard to capture this moment in time with her 7 month old, Mallen… you know, the sitting, the crawling, the two front teeth!

Dad had a few props he wanted to include in his session and Mallen was happy to cooperate. In fact, he looks pretty enthusiastic about holding a baseball bat and glove, dad… watch out for this future slugger!

And seriously? This shot *melted my heart* as I edited those incredible dark eyes and adorable curl on his forehead… loooove<3

They have some great exposed brick along the side of their home, however, this is how Mallen felt about sitting in the grass… love it! We ended up putting a blanket down for him. 🙂
This boy just might be the cutest boy on the block! Well, he’s in competition with my own little guy 😉 How cute are they!
