*dream* session… {Holly Springs Family Photographer}

Now that the rush of the fall season is over and the holidays are (nearly) behind us, I can start to catch up on blogging.  I’m kind of excited that I’ve waited until the slow month of winter as I get to relive these sessions and share some of my favorites from the year.  This session was won a year ago last January by a friend of mine for becoming my 100th fan on my facebook page.  They saved it for mom’s favorite season (fall) and their youngest boy’s 1st birthday…  Mom had the greatest vision for their portraits and this session really helped me start to define my own vision for my non-newborn photography.  I like all locations from parks to urban downtowns but I loooove finding my own unique spots that most would drive by and never look twice.  The first portion of this shoot was in their amazingly gorgeous backyard before heading to one of those spots on the side of the road 😉  GAHH!!!  My dream location…  you’ll see, I return several weeks later 🙂
